NOTE:i 2nd and 3rd shift positions are available !Job Summary:Position is responsible for the efficient set-up and operation of metal stamping equipment. Produce quality parts to print, read English and metric blue prints. In depth experience to debug and troubleshoot stamping equipment.Basic Job Duties: Set and adjust dies in a minimal time.Adjust automatic feed.Pull dies and send for repair or return to storage.Do data entry on set-up and quality checks.Identify cases with move tickets stamped with material lot #, date and accepted stamp.Keep work areas clean, neat and safe.Debug and troubleshoot new tools and equipment.Performs necessary functions to adhere to QS-9000 guidelines.Perform other duties as directed by Supervision.Preventative maintenance.Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent preferred, but not essential.Must be able to handle the physical requirements of the job.Equipment: Overhead crane, die cart, box cart, barrel truck, pallet jack, metal banding...
