Coordinate and perform site activities to ensure the safe, efficient and high-quality completion of Bi-Con construction projects. + Promote the company’s safety culture throughout all levels of the organization. + Participate/lead daily huddles and safety meetings. + Properly use, maintain and store all tools and material used in the course of work. + Organize office and tool trailers. + Perform form carpentry activities. Tasks include but are not limited to setting and stripping forms, fabricating concrete beams, columns, and panels, installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, chamfer, etc. + Perform concrete finisher activities. Tasks include but are not limited to placement and finishing of concrete according to the project’s specifications using a variety of hand or power tools (rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, float, etc.) Concrete repair, concrete curing, concrete cutting, chipping, grinding,...
