General Description: The basic function of the Fabricator is to manufacture parts & machinery in an efficient, quality, safe, and timely manner to complete customer orders. Qualifications: A. Minimum of five years of experience as a journeyman fabricator. B. Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough. C. Quality conscious with the ability to meet our productivity goals. D. Eager to cooperate with others with good interpersonal communication skills. E. Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks. F. Desire to positively motivate coworkers and team members. G. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes. H. Ability to maneuver up to 50 lbs. I.
