JOB REQUIREMENTS: Metal Stamping Press Operator Job Locations US-WI-Milwaukee ID 2021-3639 # of Openings 4 Category Manufacturing/Operations Company Name Master Lock Overview BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES: Metal stamping production set-up and operation experience, preferably with 60-150 Ton presses ranging from 60SPM to 600SPM Demonstrated ability to set-up and operate 60T to 150T presses and their auxiliary equipment, including high speed presses, servo feeders, mechanical feeders, straighteners, die sensors, and stock oiler Load and setup steel coil for production utilizing overhead cranes and proper safety procedures. Quickly resolve metal stamping production issues, preserving production quotas and timelines Maintain production logs and documentation Understand basic written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks Valid Lift Truck Training is an asset but not required Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, regulations, and Lockout/Tagout Work as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member PREFERRED Familiarity with metals manufacturing equipment, machinery, and processes.
