Job Description

**Qualifications:** - Construction labor experience (skilled or unskilled) - Carpentry, iron working, welding, or sheet metal - Experience working on commercial construction sites **Best Candidate:** - Welding experience **Entry Level Candidate:** Opportunity for candidates who want to learn the iron working trade. We will hire a skilled or unskilled construction laborer through us and for the six months they are on with us they will work as a general laborer on the projects we have right now. Candidates will be trained as an iron worker. Once their 6 months on contract is up they will be converted and made a full time iron worker. **Job Description:** -Will assist on site with set-up, clean-up and break-down. -Will assist foreman with various labor tasks on site. -Will carry equipment to different parts of the site to be set up for the skilled workers. -Will shadow skilled laborers to learn the trade and how Capone operates. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** -Need some type of labor experience in a construction setting - Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the site every day. **PAY RATES:** $16-25/hr if they are working in the shop $18-30/hr if they are working in the field **About Aerotek:** We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
